Mifluus provides event organizers with an NFC wristband cashless payment and access control platform, including point-of-sale apps, access gates, top-up kiosks, an admin dashboard and an attendee app.
Organizers are responsible for their staff accounts (cashiers, vendors, gate operators) and for keeping credentials and PIN codes secure. Each role must only be used for the functions assigned to it.
The balance loaded on a wristband is a credit to spend within the corresponding event. Refund conditions — deadlines, fees and eligibility — are defined by each organizer in their event refund policy. Lost wristbands can be blocked and, where the holder's identity is verifiable, their balance can be transferred.
Attempting to clone or tamper with wristbands, interfering with event devices or networks, or using social features for illegal or abusive content is not permitted. Organizers may moderate and remove content.
The organizer is responsible for pricing, tax compliance of their sales, their refund policy, and communicating the terms of their event's cashless system to attendees.
The platform is designed to keep operating offline and sync afterwards. Even so, the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; locally signed records prevail for later reconciliation.
To the extent permitted by law, Mifluus's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the organizer for the service at the event in question. Mifluus is not a party to the consumer relationship between organizer and attendee.
We may update these terms; the current version will be published on this page with its update date.
