Mifluus operates an NFC cashless payment and access control platform for live events in Panama and Latin America. This policy describes what data we process when organizers, staff and attendees use the platform.
To process payments and entries, prevent fraud, reconcile accounts with organizers, provide support and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data.
The organizer of each event sees the data of their own event (sales, entries, staff). Payment providers (for example card processors or mobile wallets) receive only what is needed to complete each payment. We do not share data across different organizers' events.
Transaction records are kept as long as required for reconciliation, auditing and legal obligations. Social content can be removed on request or when the event closes.
We use cryptographic signatures on receipts and credentials, rate limiting, account lockouts and audit logs. Private chat messages are stored encrypted.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to hola@mifluus.com. For data managed by an organizer (for example your balance at an event), you can also contact the organizer directly.
