Fluus Cashless · Feature
Let attendees top up their own wristbands without waiting in staff-managed lines.
Fluus Cashless supports self-service kiosk terminals that let attendees add funds to their wristbands or cards on their own. A guest walks up to a kiosk, taps their NFC wristband, selects an amount, completes payment, and continues enjoying the event — no staff needed for each top-up. This reduces pressure on top-up stations and shortens lines.
Traditional top-up stations require staff, equipment, supervision and cash/card handling. During peak hours this can create long lines, mistakes, theft risk and unnecessary staffing costs. Self-service kiosks help organizers reduce top-up lines, help reduce employee theft risk, help minimize human errors, can reduce the staff needed for top-up operations, help lower staffing costs and improve the attendee experience.
At a festival, hundreds of attendees want to add funds before the headliner starts. Instead of waiting in a long staffed line, guests use multiple self-service Fluus kiosks to quickly recharge their wristbands.
