Fluus Pay · Mobile POS
A simple mobile POS app for events, food trucks and pop-up vendors.
Fluus Pay helps vendors take orders and charge customers directly from a mobile device, making it easier to sell at events, temporary locations and high-volume environments.
Fluus PayW1 · BarFluus Pay live
Willie González in concert, Megapolis Convention Center, Panama: waiters and bartenders took payments on Fluus Pay devices — card, Yappy and cash — and printed every receipt instantly on Bluetooth printers, without stopping the show.
Features
Category menu with a cart: tap products, adjust quantities and build the order in seconds on the Fluus device.
Charge by cash (with change calculation), Yappy (push to the customer's phone) or card via Tap to Pay built into the Fluus device. Enable or disable each method per event.
Assign each user to a vendor and they see only that stand's menu — a bar shows drinks, a food stand shows food.
The waiter hands over the device; the customer picks a suggested tip and payment method before completing — more tips, no pressure.
Open and close a shift with the event PIN. The report shows sales, tips, sales by method, products sold, and a paginated transaction history with per-order detail.
Role codes (W/B) with a staff generator: set how many waiters and bartenders you have and they're created automatically. Bartenders don't print to the bar by default.
On payment, the order routes by category to the right Virtual Printer display — the same bar and kitchen screens as the cashless system.
After a payment, send the customer a text-message receipt with the order details.
Each user has one active session; taking over on another device requires the event PIN — no double logins.
Price, product and assignment changes reflect instantly — with a refresh button and auto-refresh when the app regains focus.
From the dashboard: sales by method, by waiter, products sold, shifts and recent transactions — separate from cashless reporting.
Runs in the browser or as an installable Android app, with a connectivity indicator and confirmation on every charge.
How it works
The waiter picks products from their vendor's menu and builds the cart in seconds.
Hand over the device: the customer picks a tip and pays with cash, Yappy or card.
The order routes to the right station's display and enters the shift report.
Ideal for food trucks, pop-up bars and events where the team is on the move. We'll show you it running.
